From Portugal, to Spain, Italy, Japan and to Scotland. Something a little sweeter.
Bold juniper and citrus oils, with a little red fruit sweetness too. A building bitterness of caraway and leafy herbs.
£5.10

A juicy variation of the Classic Assay Negroni, using Assay London Gin. The Classic Negroni recipe uses Red Vermouth, Campari and Gin but can be slightly too bitter for some. Assay Negroni Blanco takes inspiration from the classic recipe but instead of the overly bitter Campari and Red Vermouth, the Blanco marries Triple Sec, Bianco Vermouth and the inimitable Assay London Dry Gin in equal parts. Serve in a Tumbler over plenty of ice, with a wedge of lemon or orange (or orange peel twist) and enjoy.
£5.30

Another variation of one of Sheffield Distillery's favourite cocktails, using their Flagship Assay London Dry Gin. Instead of having Red Vermouth, Campari and Gin like a classic Negroni, Assay Negroni Azzurro combines Extra Dry Vermouth, Blue Curacao and Assay London Dry Gin! Serve in a Tumbler over plenty of ice, with a wedge of orange or lemon and enjoy.
£5.10

Disaronno makes the world's most popular Amaretto liqueur. Despite the almond flavour, it is actually distilled from apricot stones! First created in 1525. Disaronno is not a whiskey, in case you were wondering. It is an almond-flavoured amaretto liqueur with a sweet, nutty flavour.

Intriguing herbal/medicinal nose, with notes of pepper, grass, dried hay, fried flowers, orange peel, and licorice.
