El Rayo Reposado Tequila 40%

This is the Reposado expression from Tequila El Rayo, which distils 100% Blue Weber agave in 105 year old copper stills and matured for seven months in casks that previously held whiskey before being bottled. El Rayo translates to 'the lightning', and the name is an homage to the legend that lightning struck a Blue Weber agave plant, cooking it and creating the first Tequila. Tasting Notes; Soft caramel notes and a subtle hint of oak, with underlying orange, while the cooked agave vegetal hints still remain alongside the sweeter notes.

Hedonistas de la Fe Espadin Mezcal 46%

Hedonistas de la Fe is a Mexican mezcal brand from Oaxaca, helmed by maestro mezcalero Gerardo Santiago Hernandez. The name "Hedonistas de la Fe" means "Hedonists of the Faith," and the brand emphasizes a philosophy of finding pleasure in life, such as in consuming their mezcal, while also promoting acts of kindness. Their spirits are traditionally crafted, often using a combination of cultivated and wild agaves like Espadin, Tobala, and Cuishe. Made by fourth-generation mezcaleros, this expression was crafted from Espadin agave that was harvested between six and eight years old. It's perfect for cocktails, like a Paloma or a Mezcal Negroni. Tasting Notes; Nose: Elegant and precise, with notes of honey, brine, and gentle woodsmoke. Palate: A balance of gentle woodsmoke, grapefruit, brine, and white pepper. Tropical fruit notes like papaya and banana may also be present. Finish: Lingering and long-lasting, often with a subtle sweetness and a touch of minerality.

Pancho Datos Reposado Tequila 40%

Pancho Datos refers to a premium tequila brand inspired by a character from a 1947 book of poems by Mexican historian Ricardo Grijalva de León. The tequila is a family-run business founded by the author's grandson, Luis Carlos Grijalva, and is made from 100% Blue Weber agave in El Arenal, Jalisco, Mexico. This 100% agave reposado Tequila from Pancho Datos was rested for ten months in white oak barrels previously used to mature bourbon whiskey. The agave itself is allowed to age for at least six years, before being cooked for two-to-three days in a stone oven. Following that, the agave is fermented, and then it's over to the stills to be double distilled. You can expect plenty of vanilla and caramel notes here, imparted by the cask, as well as earthy agave spiciness running through. The name for this spirit comes from the work of the great historian and poet of the Mexican Revolution, Ricardo Grijalva de León. Pancho Datos Reposado was awarded a Gold Outstanding medal at the 2025 International Wine and Spirit Competition, scoring an incredible 98 points, one of the highest awards in the industry. Tasting Notes; Nose: Aromatic and delightful, with hints of vanilla, caramel, and woodiness. Palate: A rich and balanced taste experience. Creamy vanilla fudge and caramel sweetness. Earthy agave, green pepper, and vegetal notes with Oak spice and cinnamon. A pleasant salinity that balances the sweetness. Finish: Complex, exceptionally smooth, and long-lasting.

Zignum Añejo 100% Blue Weber Agave 40%

This mezcal was aged for 18 months in a combination of French and American oak in Oaxaca. Zignum do not roast their agave, as is common for most Mezcal production – instead they opt for a method of steam cooking the fresh juices. So, if you’re a fan of the vegetal agave flavours that Mezcal has to offer, but not so much of its often-characteristic smokiness, this should be a good one for you! Works great sipped neat over ice, or try mixing with grapefruit soda for maximum refreshment. Tasting Notes: Nose: Vanilla, toasted oak, coffee, caramel, chocolate, toasted wood, and herbal notes. Palate: Vanilla, toasted oak, coffee, chocolate, maple syrup, caramel, spices, ripe agave, creamy, and herbal. Finish: Lingering and slightly sweet, warming spice, creamy and buttery.
